Winners of the Bogotá Incluyente Seal

More Than an Award, It’s a Reflection of Who We Are

Monday, 8:00 a.m. Cameras on. It’s not just a virtual work meeting to review projects and update pending tasks. It’s our weekly gathering where we see each other face to face, share what we’ve done well, and talk about what we still don’t know how we’re going to solve. On Mondays at 8:00 a.m., we show our human side through the activities led by Marisol, our Human Resources Director. It’s the space that allows us to truly get to know one another as a team and to feel recognized for our skills and talents—not for the circumstances that surround us. As a marketing and advertising agency, Market Support understands that diversity enriches us, that creativity and innovation do not come from a single narrative or lifestyle, and that when different talents come together, ideas become more powerful.

That’s why, when we applied for the Bogotá Incluyente Seal, we knew we weren’t really competing for an award. We were engaging in an exercise of self-reflection—returning to the starting point of our story as an agency: a woman, dissatisfaction with traditional work models, a dream, and a partner who said, “Yes, we can do it.” At that time, no one was talking about the barriers to formal employment faced by women who, in addition to having a profession, also have personal or family projects. Instead of staying in a place of complaint, the decision was to build a company and to prove that ingenuity and the ability to understand a complex market like the pharmaceutical industry is not a matter of gender, but of perspective, perseverance, and knowledge.

Behind Market Support’s growth is a team encouraged to work under one core principle: shine without fear. At Market Support, each team member has the freedom to propose ideas and discover their own sense of purpose. When what drives and inspires each person in life aligns with what they do best, the result is a company recognized for its innovation and ability to adapt to the industry’s dynamics.

Regardless of where they come from, how many children they have, whether their life story has been shaped by the country’s violence, their age, religion, or gender, the people who are part of the Market Support team know that this is a place where they can truly be themselves—where more than just performing their roles, they can grow, contribute, and belong.
