Bogota Inclusive Seal, more than an award, it is a reflection of who we are.

Monday, 8:00 a.m. Cameras on. It’s not just a virtual work meeting to socialize projects and update pending issues. It is the weekly meeting in which we see each other’s faces, we tell each other what we have done well and what we still don’t know how we are going to solve. On Mondays at 8:00 a.m. we let our human side show through the activities proposed by Marisol, our Human Resources Director, because this is the space that allows us to get to know each other as a team and feel that we are recognized for our skills and talents and not for the circumstances that accompany us. As a marketing and advertising agency, Market Support is aware that diversity enriches, that creativity and innovation do not come from a single story or lifestyle and that when different talents come together ideas are more powerful.

That is why, when we applied for the Bogota Inclusive Seal, we knew that we were not really competing for an award, but rather doing an exercise of self-reflection, of going back to the starting point where our history as an agency began, with a woman, a dissatisfaction with traditional work models, a dream and a co-worker who said yes, we can do it. At that time, no one was talking about the barriers to access to formal employment that women who, in addition to a profession, also have a personal or family project, face. And, instead of just complaining, the decision, in this case, was to create a company and demonstrate that ingenuity and the ability to understand a complex market such as the pharmaceutical industry is not a matter of gender but of perspective, tenacity and knowledge.

Behind the growth of Market Support is a team of people who are driven to work under the premise of shining without fear. At Market Support, each team member has the freedom to come up with ideas and find their own life purpose, so that by combining what drives and inspires each person in their life with what they do best, the result is a company recognized for its ability to innovate and adapt to the dynamics of the industry.

Regardless of where they come from, the number of children they have, the history of life crossed by the violence of the country, age, religion or gender, the people who are part of the Market Support team know that this is the place where they can be, where more than exercising the functions of a position, they develop the maximum potential of their skills to grow together. This was the conclusion we reached on December 13 of this year, when we learned that we had won the Bogota Inclusive Silver Seal in the category of micro and small companies, establishments or organizations. For us, the concept of equity and inclusion is the essence of who we are.
